Q: What can I request?
A: You can request a teacher for your course from available teachers.
In your email mention the name of a teacher you would like to have lessons with.
Q: Do you provide lesson materials for our course?
A: Yes, we will prepare and plan for your lessons and will send you digital images of materials by email ( PDF files). You will have time to read and prepare before your lesson.
Q: How do we decide for lesson day and time?
A: We can have a free counseling conversation on Skype or Phone before starting our real lessons. I usually call you, therefore you need to write your mobile phone number and Skype ID in the Contact Form and send it to us.
Q: How long is one lesson?
A: One lesson will be 30 minutes long.
Q: How do practice and what is lessons style like?
A: During our lessons we are going to perform lots of Role Play activities.
As a teacher I will provide situations for you to help me with my questions.
You as a tour guide or interpreter will help me with my enquiries and problems.
And you try your best to help and offer me the best possible solutions.
Q: What if I couldn’t improve my skills in 8 lessons?
A: Different people have different learning speed. That’s a fact.
As you may have noticed this is not a course to practice basic or General English Conversation skills. This course is designed for those who already are able to Speak and communicate in English and need this course to step up and focus on Hospitality and Customer service Skills in English language.
If you have difficulties to speak a daily English then you must take a different course to help you learn the Basic English skills.
